Rick Chiles, Broker/Owner of Cornerstone Realty, joined the Real Estate world in the 70's. Through the decades, he has seen the industry change & has been able to adapt to all market types. He purchased his first home in his early 20s and since then bought & sold Real Estate throughout San Diego. With his General Construction background & years of experience in Real Estate, he helps lead his family-owned and operated business.
